The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 太好哭了又太好笑了。疫情第十四个月的第一场百老汇演出，适逢911周年纪念日，灾难仿佛隔着时间长河呼应。意外总是突如其来，「人类在灾难面前可以创造感动」显得温情可爱和弥足珍贵。
无与伦比的舞台艺术，12位演员，精彩绝伦。
看完直想拍手叫好，几近完美，很可能是我今年看过最好的电影/舞台剧/音乐剧了，百老汇果然名不虚传！
Emma Thompson最后在镜子前欣赏自己的那幕跟张艾嘉在《20 30 40》中很像。
戴上职业假面的男主，从审美学角度来说无懈可击。他能洞悉任何人的需求从而提供服务，甚至堪称心理咨询师持证上岗哈哈。在这场关系中，两人重组了“母子”也互为“救赎者”，完成了一场敢于直面对抗勇于接纳自己的疗愈。

有点像话剧，固定场景，靠大段大段的对话推进故事情节，旨在讲女人不必年龄焦虑，要更好的爱自己，性并不可耻。最后的艾玛好美啊，直面镜中的自己，里奥真不错哟~

而这对于他们来说，又有什么所谓呢，最后的大尺度亦水到渠成。
