The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 竟然这就是剧场版的终结，看完觉得有点虚无。自己十几年的喜爱竟等到这样一个结局……从电影院走出来后久久头晕，无话可说。除了有几个喜欢的镜头之外，我宁愿这部剧场版不存在。
剧中的少年长大了 剧外的中年人只记得明日香的胸
庵导想开了，我也想开了……虽然有不尽如人意的地方，但看完还是很震撼，就这样结束也不错。

和別人相处真的很痛苦
依然是完全不明的战斗，为什么打，为什么要这样打，为什么能打赢，都不知道答案。感动的是幸存者的日常，如同跟绫波一同成长和活了一遍。真嗣太惨了，要一遍一遍看到重要的人在自己面前消失。弑父是永恒的主题。对里面突破次元壁的部分又爱又恨，还恨的是用的3D部分，巨大的3D绫波丽模型出发了恐怖谷效应，看得我狂掉san值。最后，为系列的谢幕而感动，因为也是对自己的阶段性告别，希望再也不要出别的分支了，大概再也不想为它牵肠挂肚了。
没了剧集里的日常建立起对人物的感情，只给出关键脉络，没有基础的观众难以找到情感落点，这样的剧场版终究无法独立成章。
不再愤世嫉俗，的确是成熟大人的作品。再见了，所有的EVA。
