The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 根据南非种族隔离期间，一桩真实的人质劫持事件改编，不过与当时的实际情况有很大出入，属于对历史的再创作，掺杂了很多剧组单方面的理想化的虚构。

结尾很奇妙的升华了主题，爱真的是美好的不分性别的情感。遗憾，谎言，背叛，又或是死亡，好青春啊。
男主虽然很帅，但是因为希望有家庭有孩子甚至有孙子，才和女主交往，真的太伤人了，看的我非常来气，如果想要做homo拜托不要伤害喜欢你的人
自由的代价是一切//精彩的是真实故事而不只是这部电影
作为改编可能还算不错了，整体还是不推荐给演员粉丝以外的人的类型。

南非从曼德拉接手后迅速沦为三流国家，政治方面不用多说了。这片3个人在银行劫持人质，跟警方谈判，各种摆烂，完全没有啥新意。一小时40分钟，太长，我是没看完就弃了。
从第一秒开始到电影结尾，气氛一直紧张到不行。非常好看。

节奏有点慢，这类劫持人质片本应该让人紧张的透不过气，我可几乎全程边玩手机边看完的
不如，直面问题坦然自处之！
真实事件恐怕没有电影这么夸张，改编太俗了，基本是九十年代好莱坞大片的套路。始终没明白这帮恐怖分子是如何转变思想要求释放曼德拉的，这是最荒诞的地方，直接坚持恐怖主义道路就不行了？他们真就信任曼德拉？真实情况绝非如此。不理解为何时至今日还要把曼德拉搞得很神圣。
解放人，让人自由。
可看可不好看，种族，劫持，都是喜欢的题材，可是这个深度不够…
