The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. But then the insecurities creep in, and you start with a slight exaggeration. Still you, just a shinier version. But… you like it. So you tweak it just a little more until the real you, which was probably pretty great to begin with, is unrecognisable. / I’ve been so focused on other people’s dishonesty that I never really stopped to look at my own.

3.5啦 虽然是cliche，却也轻轻松松的圣诞romcom
终于有人说了 love actually的确是世界上最难看的圣诞电影
就还是对华裔有刻板印象…但是有些台词确实不错。恭喜欧阳有主演的影视作品。
如果相信爱，就继续找寻、保持耐心。她/他不完美，但他/她让你觉得，一切都很值得

现代app恋情的当头棒喝。不过最后有点甜。啊我真是该死的恋爱脑。

电车男和大美女真的太违和了，看不下去。这男演员完全可以眼一些科幻题材的片子，为啥硬要演爆谷爱情片？看这种片的人（例如我）就是想看个帅哥美女上演烂俗情节，我做错了什么？如果是奈飞想讨好中国观众的话，就太错了
20211106就是那种很套路的爱情电影，不过看着也还好，美女配个长相一般，不高大威猛的男有问题吗？人家起码有话可聊
这种电影本来就是看个热闹，就像过节合家欢的爆米花电影，整体温馨就完了。非要谈到现实生活，现实生活的Asian men（仅代表国内）内在有一半欧阳这样的就谢天谢地了好吧😁btw：从始至终都觉得真爱不分皮囊，如果你只爱皮囊，fine…我无f**k说。
