The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 画面的气质比想象中没有那么西部片，至少地点放在西部。

悠长的音乐，广阔的外景，舒缓的节奏，传统的西部片。
稳赢的局，后面非要中两枪加剧情，最后的死也是老套路了。
近些年西部片越来越少了，差点被豆瓣评分给失误了。值得看，节奏ok，配乐到位！

看的时候想起藤泽周平的武士小说，默默无闻的小人物，受困于艰辛生活，性格懦弱，被家人看不起，但其实是一个身怀绝技的侠客！
西部版《我和我的家乡》+《我和我的父辈》。一个女性角色都没有。就是稳准狠，把西部片最吸引男性观众的元素全部提炼了出来，也顺便把女性观众和娘炮踢的远远的。
