The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 还不错，这种形式的舞台电影百老汇音乐剧…真是第一次看，本以为会各种跳戏，没想到很真切

看之前甚至不知道这是一部关于911的歌舞剧，前面还在想怎么会有这么奇怪的故事设定（籍籍无名的小镇突然迎来大量飞机和数千名旅客），反应过来后十分佩服这个“在别处”的视角。
西安疫情lockdown，楼下大喇叭里“请大家保持距离 防止交叉感染” 萦绕不停。面前荧幕里的人们高歌“I’m an islander. I’m an islander.”眼睛里是不容忽视的、充满生命力的光。会好的，我坚信。
官摄远远无法体现现场的魅力与观众视角的震撼 但弥补了所有的遗憾
这才是音乐剧，有好故事有好音乐有好表演，开大巴的那段动作非常逼真。
它没有明讲"9.11"——但所有观众都很容易猜出这个背景。然后从一个不被大众熟知的视角——38架飞机迫降的小镇去讲这件无人不知的历史大事。
救援物资里提前考虑到女性用品；语言不通就让我们用圣经来传达
真切感受到百老汇和国产音乐剧之间的差距...
舞台利用最大化，每一位演员都身兼多名角色，性格反差明显，特别优秀。
911之后真正反思外交政策的有作品吗？只有这些逃避大问题，满足点温情的东西吗？
第一次主动看音乐剧，我还不太会欣赏。将近两个小时的表演，从头到尾专注的看完，同时又要准确的理解其剧情，含义还是很有难度的。找时间再来追第二遍吧。整个情节十分流畅，人物剧情也很生动且活泼，就是美式幽默我还get不到。看来9.11将是美国无法抹去的哀伤。

与《我们的小镇》有同种韵味。二十至三十分钟些许有重复和疲乏，为全剧唯一败笔。节奏接近顶级。总体接近完美，未来必将成为经典，不断流传。不过内容应该继续拓展
这世界充满苦难与未知的恐惧，但是总有一些阳光与温暖，总有一些东西让我们感受到阳光与温暖，于是我们还能继续活着
