The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 被原著吸引过来的。感觉这个改编蛮成功，剧情快起来了，无关的人物也去掉了一些。但俩人的演技真的不咋地。
烂俗的情节没有什么可观赏的价值。对于男主的印象还停留在《Whiplash》里那个极为自负的鼓手学员上。

十年前的晋江水平吧，关键是真的难以get男女主的火花，这种片子剧情都是其次，主演一定要有feel啊！
打光方式突出了Bill的受困之感，昏暗牌室成为禁闭囚房的变体，人物只能偶尔逃离片刻。导演Paul Schrader把俗气的灯光公园拍得很梦幻，也是片中Bill最放松的时刻，另外Bill梦境回忆中的集中营也是既梦幻又邪恶。Cirk在某种意义上是Bill的分身，是他充满光明与希望的一面。随着Cirk的死去，Bill也就明白了他再也不可能过上新生活了。
6分，欢乐的爱情喜剧，剧情基本没啥新意，看个热闹就完了，男主真帅

挺美好的一段，桥段有一点点老，像十年前的水平。
仿佛是只能在牌桌上流转的扑克，肉身始终被关在那虐囚的监狱。赌局的筹码是道德的刑具，宾馆的白布是灵魂的洗礼，递来电话的男孩本是心中自我的重生，爱与救赎却隔着探监室的玻璃触手难及。当谷歌可以探寻地球任意街景，却没有软件可以抵达内心。当算法可以预测比赛成败输赢，却没法教人如何救赎此生。
不用带脑子看，感情转变很突然，演员好看就可以。
也不知道是不是我腐眼看人基，男主真的不是gay吗？？随便吧，小鸡电影forever～
2.5，第一部保罗施拉德，这个鱼眼镜头很棒，其他的没太喜欢起来
