Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'
这里面的丹泽尔华盛顿，表演是一种怼到我脸上的烂……前30分钟左右表现麦克白的犹疑与欲念交织，简直是一种可怕的摆烂式演法。乔尔科恩，不能打动大众，不能表达内涵，没有什么自己可说，无法丰富语法，不能推动技术，你在干嘛？？？？？？？
离开了了弟弟的乔尔科恩确实有在做新的尝试，有很成功的地方——黑白光影画面做的太好了，单独抽出任何一帧都足够讲究；但是也有失败的地方——既然要做电影化改编，大段大段的莎翁台词就显得太累赘了，与简洁的画面割裂感极重，不如直接删繁去简。
有事吗？这部比刻在你心底的名字评分低？好夸张……整体逻辑自洽，中间还是有戳人的点，镜头也很好看…我觉得算是中上了吧…是不是因为AIDS题材共情少呢…（所以影评有人说男主“无情”？我无语先…）（看完后马上下单了艾滋病检测试剂…）
眼镜别去，甜茶呀。戳爷演技可以啊，我莫不是带了有色眼镜！

最近看的唯一一部青春片，我是颜控，爱了。
套用友邻评价Spielberg版西区故事：导演，没有东西拍的话可以不拍。以及这是在纪念碑谷？
将莎翁的剧本具象化是什么样子？大概就是这个样子吧。布景的氛围、转场的过渡、调度的形态都是戏剧式的，演员的演绎自不必说，但就还是影像式的呈现。是一部极简的电影，简到与核心思想一样凝练。
经典的莎翁剧，黑白质感很好，喜欢这样极简风格。打算把贝拉塔尔和奥逊威尔斯的版本找来对比看看
在格斗中占据上风的麦克白，因为去捡掉落在地的王冠而死，他的王冠飞了出去，掉落在地，是预言中的宿命，却也是由自己的欲望而主动完成了预言。
留白！要留白！不是让你搞音乐剧。布景、摄影加分。但实在不如《蜘蛛巢城》。
剧本在多次翻拍后已然没有过多新意，只能靠风格化的摄影与表演去突破，然而破不开原作的壁垒无疑又让当下的观众感到沉闷且繁缛。
大屏幕看肯定更震撼，黑白光影对比的几何感非常美。故事的话，害，大概的已经知道了所以没有特别意外的。当话剧看可以。台词押韵，有的比较文学化，但是讲得太快反而有点搞笑了。不知道慢点讲会不会观赏度更好且更方便听懂。没看过原作的我是这么理解的：人都有黑暗面吧，就怕诱因。一步错百步，最后覆水难收。这不悲剧才怪……
看完唯一记得的一句戳说的“不要让爱你的人一无所有”
电影的调色好好看啊～故事的最后完全不知道是什么

没想到戳爷演技还挺不错的…很佛罗里达夏天的一部青春电影
画面挺青春，戳跟女闺蜜可以再合作一部，对手戏倒是挺自然的！
