The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 剧情和题材催泪，分镜和表现力却一般，好在电影很朴实，还是很喜欢的。
没有花里胡哨的炫技技巧，也没有令人惊叹的特效镜头，仅仅是用主角韩松的所见、所闻、所遇，就引起了众多网友的情感共鸣。

浓郁的藏族气息、神圣的藏族风景，那片特别的蓝天白云青青草原有一种魔力，生活在这片土地上的人们是那样淳朴真挚，艰苦贫瘠的生活磨灭不了人心中的温情，反倒锤炼出顽强不屈的灵魂。我能够理解韩老师的选择，也数次被影片中老师和学生相处的温情瞬间打动，此生一定要去一趟西藏，圆自己的西藏情结。
非常感动的一个故事，看完热泪盈眶，在边远山区的老师真的比其他地区的老师难非常非常多，幸好也有这些珍惜老师的好学生，双向奔赴令人动容。电影中的藏区的风光好秀丽，非常希望有机会去藏区旅游。
虽然是支教题材，但如果当作简单的风光片看效果就还可以
一部聚焦偏远地区教育题材的电影，一部直击人心的真实电影，一个小人物的英雄式坚持，艺术与真实。
是毫无印象的0079 15话的魔改。能在新的动画形态里看到RX 78就是最大的收获。故事的话，说实话已经无法被这种傻白甜故事感动了。
为那些勇敢支教的年轻人点赞。
富野和安彦真是完全不同的两位作者，对核弹的不同刻画确实令人印象深刻
只看过0079动画TV和GTO动画OVA，总体观感还行，设定上有出入。1是 阿姆罗比TV里要内向软弱，比如 不会锄地 姿势滑稽，被同龄小孩按着打，游泳溺水。新登场的吉翁小队打的凯和小林毫无还手之力，这两点看的比较难受。2是 白色木马多出了一台吉姆一台钢加农，小林开的也是钢加农 没有看到钢坦克。石头哥的徒手飞石头拦导弹变成了被打败后无力的扔石子反击，龙没有出现戏份换成了史雷格，这几点感觉比较遗憾。
可以算是另外一个故事了，因为扩充成剧场版，改编故事很正常，不过，也正因为改变，把多安的故事丰富了起来，不错不错。但是为什么最后的扎古不是多安打倒的，太可惜了
作为初代高达的原作者之一的安彦良和亲自操刀的高达动画电影，只能说老爷子做动画和电影还有机战都是本当下手……分镜做的太拉胯了，全中置的构图实在太古早（不如光头的分镜出色）……陆战高机动扎古的动作堪比特摄皮套。倒是酱油的钢佩利和小飞机的演绎非常不错。
很感动的一部影片，一开始虽然韩老师让人觉得有点尴尬，不过这或许也是导演的意图，一个北京城里来的大学生从窘迫尴尬到彻底融入并且接受这个环境的心态的转变让我感受很深刻，孩子们的淳朴善良以及对知识的渴望，对改变命运的期待，对北京大城市的向往让我不得不反思养尊处优的自己。想起母校在大礼堂拉着的支教宣传横幅，曾经忽略了这件事情的自己忽然对西藏支教有了新的认识。
如果我没有到过这里，我无法想象孩子们的艰苦贫瘠；如果我不曾看到孩子们的眼神，我理解不到他们对知识的渴望；如果我当初也选择了逃避，我一定会遗憾终生！牧草青青，鲜花灿烂，无尽的草原连着天边;苍穹浩瀚，繁星点点，皑皑的雪山擎着蓝天。
从来不存在远方，你在哪里，哪里就是中心，包容和牺牲，会让远方近在咫尺
一个年轻有为的男孩，来到环境艰苦的藏区支教，看到一个个孩子们期待的目光，那一刻他一定是动容的。真的很难想象这群孩子们如果没有接受教育，他们的未来会是怎样一番景象。这是今年最打动我的电影，也是最值得我们大家反复观看的电影。希望只是能够传递到更远的地方，让每一个孩子都不孤单❤️
