剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     电影结束时，新一代的咬鸡怪物诞生，导演用一部电影的时间展示了一切，马戏终究还是人性的骗术。陀螺导演终于有机会做自己了，于是就夹带了太多私货，像恋物癖一样兜售他的趣味，就算情节拖沓了，卡司阵容浪费了，导演的视听依旧无懈可击，无比享受。

    问题或许出在成像风格上，陀螺的调子总感觉马上就有水怪或魔杖要登场了，而film noir要的只有黑色。PS. 达福演的那叫Clem Hoately啊

    服化道还挺讲究，前面的马戏团戏份是陀螺味道的怪诞诡异。后面都是垃圾，人物动机没一个能合理解释的,我也是服气。

    「高开低走，头重脚轻，化简为繁，沉闷冗长」。这一次的Toro在布景、服化、色调、画面质感等方面依旧优异，但在剧情构架上的权衡与分配却出现了太多问题。前半部马戏团戏份侧重点在于Cooper与野人两条线，不必要的人物及情节大可缩减，而Toro显然在与主线无关的细节上着于大量笔墨，以至于过渡到后半段单薄的剧情之后显得头重脚轻。人物性格与内心的变化也过于一笔带过，导致前后人物严重脱节，对比之下判若两人，就像是强行拼接般格格不入。凯特大魔王高开低走，最高光戏份无非也就是出场的一刻。本以为结局二人对戏将会一剑封喉，怎奈Toro的「兴趣」显然不在于此。不得不承认最终的结局是有加分的，但是由于剧情发展早已猜到也谈不上惊喜可言。总之相比较前作《水形物语》而言显得过于平庸，奥斯卡之路崎岖坎坷。

    没有看过原版，觉得还挺好看，比较传统的剧情片。马戏团各种奇技也是一门失传的艺术了。吃鸡男的造型明显是来自Goya名画Saturn Devouring His Son😄

    用史诗片的时长去翻新一部黑色电影，无疑是一种暴露短板的做法，陀螺这位导演编剧部分比较弱，但独特的电影审美依旧很在线，服装道具化妆场景仍然是好莱坞电影中的第一梯队。只可惜在这个画质越来越高清的时代，翻新一部黑色电影大概率只会落得既不卖座，又没口碑的下场。但我仍然会为陀螺这次勇敢的尝试，表示肯定。
