一大原因是故事背景一脉相承，时代即将落幕，师徒仅存其一，剧作的颓势无法避免，只好讲干瘪到无聊的私人对峙，纵使松坂桃李与铃木亮平演技有保证，也于事无补了。西野七濑没有结合情境出状态的能力。
还是第一部的老味道，现代拍的这种昭和味满满的极道电影真的看一部少一部。

本来想说现在谁还拍这么老土的硬核黑帮片，但是全片看下来优点还是很多的，动作戏很刺激，剧情的层次也很丰富，算是值得一看吧
