可能预期太高，设定又太像coco+inside out，就没有很惊喜，但故事还是很打动我，应该是最适合治愈2020年的电影了吧

PS：感觉和这部配套观看的电影，应该是《AugustRush》八月迷情
在这个时节看一部这样的电影，皮克斯永远技高一筹。
I love jazz！把经典的迪士尼片头改成了烦人的freeJazz就搞笑。新年第一天以这样的电影开场我很满意。人活一次，不是为了一定要做什么成为什么，而是因为你曾经为了这个世界而心动过，就算遗忘了这件事也没关系，在这个世界的某个角落，一直都存在着让你留恋并心甘情愿付出无限热情的东西。
还不错，很轻松，很典型的好莱坞剧本。但是idea还是棒的，新世界的规则我看第一遍没太看明白，对于新名词的阐释太过简单啦。遗憾是，jazz有点少了哈哈哈
选择这个主题就已经值得10颗星,这才是当下每一个人应该看的电影，可惜排片太少，要看抓紧
和《神奇女侠1984》有着近似的内核。感觉时代萧条了，才会出现这种内涵有嫌凄凉的劝谕。“请放弃你的愿望。”“没有更多的可以给你了，请珍惜身边的一切，耗子尾汁。”

这个电影可真棒，2020年看到的最暖心动画片，生活，就是生活本身呀，活在当下就好了，看那四季变化，看人类，没事嚼一嚼鱿鱼丝，意义就是开心的活着，有purpose or not, 心中充满爱和peace，就会度过 love & peace的一生
皮克斯还是那个皮克斯，寻梦环游记之后最好的皮克斯作品。其实之前宣发的时候，我还以为又是个头脑特工队，那个我可不太喜欢。看了网上各种一股脑的夸之后带了极大的期待去看，没想到还可以远远超过我的期待。探讨生命轮回的影片已经接触过太多，但是探讨灵魂起源的还真不多。整部影片所有的素材并不生僻，但是如何将它们排列组合，那就是艺术家和普通人的区别了。走火入魔和天人合一只是一步之遥，灵魂的火花往往不是因为你取得了多大的成就而迸发。每个认真而活的灵魂都值得，每个个体都有不同于别人的体验，每个人都值得被温柔以待。太过于不堪的2020以这样一部让你可以从心底相信历经万般红尘劫，犹如凉风轻拂面的片子结束，愿我们都能被2021温暖相拥。

看着电影顺便就做了一个CBT session, Pete Docter这得喝了多少死藤水才能把执念与忘情visualize出来！一个愉快的中年场，也是第一次看完电影没有一个人走，所有人都一脸懵逼地思考如何活在当下。纽约尼克斯那个梗夺笋啊
走出屋外，享受当下每一天撒下的阳光与飘零的落叶，让无聊的“节奏”焕发不一样的韵律，是身在大海中的每一个我们，需要用生命去寻找的航标
电影里想要讲的“活在当下”，就是心流，就是忘我之境，就是不带任何功利色彩，甚至不带任何目标的，全身心的沉迷在一件事情之中的感受，这种感受是真正的生命体验，比如做擅长的事情，做喜欢的工作，追求梦想，甚至仅仅是欣赏风景，享受美食，感受风，这不是小确幸，而是一种生命体验，重要的是过程，而不是目的。这种生命体验是长时间浸泡在庸俗之中的心灵所感受不到的。
直到有了女儿，我的人生像是上了无法停止的发条，一开始是被压力推着走，走呀走走呀走，不知道何时是个头，不知道为什么在往前走。
这个片子把live the moment这样一个简单的道理讲得太好了也太举重若轻了，既不鸡血也不鸡汤，也给了所有觉得自己找不到人生目标的人从心底里的抚慰。像一个很柔软的拥抱一样。然后我就在这个拥抱里猝不及防地哭成狗。不是被硬煽情哭的，而是被温暖哭的。是吧，可能目标本身不是最重要的，生活本身才是啊。那个旋转的叶子掉一次我哭一次。。就毫无还手之力，还要努力让自己不要在影院哭出声。。太懂这种苦苦追寻意义然后突然一瞬间又觉得生活真美好的感觉了啊。暖丧最为致命呜呜。
设定很有趣，沉浸在心流里就会进入另一个zone（甚至忽视生活中其他可贵的东西？），而执念太深就会迷失。生活本生就是生活的意义，重拾对生活的触觉是消解抑郁的方法之一。Been there, done that. 其中Ocean VS Water的说法不是第一次听到，但更有感触了，大概是老了。和昨天看的电影比起来，这才是it’s a wonderful life啊…Jazz加一星！
哭的稀里哗啦，皮克斯式哲学，心灵意识具象化，抑郁症良心片，经历过真的太真实了。就是太急了买了国语有点垮
