The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 跟闺蜜一起回顾童年，动画片里的人真好，不会老去，还是那么充满活力。 动画主题讲的是多关注孤寡老人，独居老人，让孩子和老人形成梦幻联动，一起陪伴一起成长，但现在特别在大城市，孩子哪有什么时间，鸡娃，鸡鸡鸡，老人也哪有什么时间，接送孩子，哭哭哭，整个社会都在加速前进。 希望“双减”，取消培训班等政策之后真正的贯彻落实，孩子压力小了，父母，老人的负担轻了，大家才能像动画片一样永远有活力，永远年轻吧。
除了霸王龙歌和关爱老人主题外，其他画面都是跟电视播的一样。

确实不怎么好看 但是 没什么好看的了 呜呜 里面有些片段在剧里好像看过
我愿称今年国庆最好看的电影，这叙事节奏、故事完整度，以及结合社会时事，升华主题，某些成人电影真该好好学学。有笑点不落俗有泪点不煽情，就是感觉图图、小美和刷子的声优像换了。
要不是因为看电影的人很多

城市发展，底层搬迁。从三个年轻人的梦想生活开始，他们排舞、跳舞，骑一辆摩托车穿梭于夜晚的霓虹街头，聊着和女孩的情事。这是他们最后的好时光。好友分别，梦想没有出路，现实也没有。旧楼拆迁在即，年轻人不得不和家人搬到乡下，再想办法回到城里。故事有真实的基础，结构巧妙，但缺少影像语言的构思，主要是利用浅表现实反映现实，中间有大段时间的无配乐无声效的“沉默”，越发让这个人们熟悉的城市变迁、底层生存的议题失去值得观看的落脚点。
剧情简单易懂，加长版动画片吧，适合低龄宝宝，5岁娃表示好看，大人看就差点，和熊大熊二大电影比起来，效果差。配乐也不怎么好，五花八门，不儿童。
我的童年都献给言情剧了...那时候就应该多看些热门动画片啊

陪孩子看，只能说我不再童真，孩子高兴就好。
老裁缝了。想回忆回忆来着，结果来电影院回忆了以前的剧情。怎么说，挺失望的，本以为有新剧情，结果……适合从来没看过的…
从小看图图的大朋友们可以看到小时候的味道，不过场景，人物动态和人物面部表情都是细节化生动化电影化。五六岁的孩子可以完全来看看对他们来说全新的图图。真的很推荐，家人们真的很推荐，是念着童年去看的，还是那种味道，有笑点，有泪点，能学到东西，可以带小孩子去看哦，让他们学学关爱老人。脑子里现在始终循环着霸王龙，霸王龙小分队冲鸭！
帮我女儿打个5星，记录4岁半的宝贝第一次去电影院完整地看完一部电影。
图大耳朵图图那算数我们不论。
主题讲得应该是关爱老人吧，但是全程霸王龙那首歌出现了好多次，尴尬又洗脑，又感觉像是拖时长。有点点失望。
