The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 两星半。跟黑镜2的第二集？题材是一样的，但黑镜是反应的黑暗面，而这部却恰恰相反。正面的角度去探讨克隆人代替将死之人延续自己的生命。是有些老生常谈，但却是少有的积极和温情。而且更多的其实是男主在临死之前对生活的感悟与反省。我一直喜欢这种极简风格未来科技的调调。不过可以更短更精简一些。（这大哥男配终于拿够了准备冲男主了啊。）

当近端科幻切入到人文关怀与家庭伦理这样的敏感题材，胜在处理的细腻真挚。那在任何一段关系中，被人替代总是不好受的。

一个人的离开先从身体的离开，再从精神上剥离。可是，记忆。或许是可以复制，但情感不能复刻。
克隆人替代本体的道德伦理困境其实只是本片的手段，而绝非目的，电影真正关注的，应该是英年早逝的人如何体面的离开，如何让关心的人继续原来的生活。如果从这个角度切入，电影在美学和主题上就有足够的先进性了。可惜这个手段的论证明显不足，光靠男主角的表演，本片是无法称为佳作的。
