The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 理解为啥不上院线走网络了，真的就跟闹着玩似的。毫无悬念毫无紧张感，故事写得小儿科，制作个方面都差很多。
如果死者是个普通人家的女孩儿，故事就该是另一个走向了吧。
全片灌输了资本主义的缺陷：有钱能使鬼推磨。
为了廖启智而看，电影里面有好多“熟人”。法律面前人人平等，印象最深是那个拿着秤的蒙面女神。“宁愿放走十个罪人，都不要冤枉一个无辜的人”，谢谢，我记住了。
不完美的律政影片，因为重点既不是法庭本身，也不是警匪破案，反而多的是心路的纠葛和现实的无奈………
这是廖启智最后一部电影了吧？可惜再也看不到了。电影不痛不痒的，隔着靴子挠了一下而已。剧情转折也缺乏说服力。
低分原因估计是因为还是要靠富豪弄倒富豪，我感觉还可以这片。牵强的地方稍微多了点哈。
公义要靠非法手段实现，每个人都为实现公义付出代价，这是法制的悲哀，公义与法制间矛盾这种早已拍滥的题材，依然一直有人拍，而这种对法制的不信任，试问又是因何而成？
噢对了，为了省500万掩盖证据，就开始当街见一个杀一个，什么年代了还有这么脑残的党魁！？

看见这部片子的时候 廖启智老师已经去世了 为了他 五星
上次看到章子怡说，成为妈妈后会很怕死，因为总是担心孩子。
其實也沒那麼爛啦！對白比較白痴而已，方中信加一星🥰
加一星给过世的智叔 无论他是不是在今年过世的 我都认为他是这部电影里面表演最有力量最好的
马马虎虎可以看，个别演员发挥还是可以，但肯定为了上映，做了很多调整改动吧，最终就成了一个极为中庸的俗套律政剧了
不算太爽，也算可以。
剧情本身的悬疑色彩较弱，对于如今的观众来说，30分钟内猜到凶手毫无难度。但是本片当然也不会是将重点放在这里，而是从无数庭辩剧就一直讨论的话题，“法律到底是不是在维护正义？”律师是要维护公平和正义，还是要为当事人争取最大权益？”这个话题我早已有答案，也许每个人都有答案。
剧情平淡，不知道这部电影想表达什么，正义还是需要钱才能伸张？
后面的翻转太快太轻易了，前面的铺垫感觉挺浪费的
