The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 可惜了小男孩这么优秀的演技以及影片这么出色的美术设计。

还行吧，但也不是很值得一看。小孩演的不错。没头没尾地用了indigenous people 的故事，整个电影就是个大写的没头没尾。
整体的内核和《羊崽》差不多，讲人与自然之间的关系，过度的索取自然资源，必然遭受到自然的反噬。但整体显得头重脚轻，草草了事，有点可惜。
立意还是不错的，但塞了一大堆东西没用好，降智桥段太多了，可惜了温迪戈神话！怪物设计还阔以
制毒贩毒的一家 vs. 被性侵的圣母bitch，知道导演想说堕落的地方被毒品搞的人不是人，但也太磨叽了
总之本片从氛围设置到剧情一切的一切都显得那么地不合常理到令人烦躁。不过本片给我的感觉其实更像一个现代背景的寓言故事，一首潜藏在美国乡村惨剧故事之下的古典叙事诗。

氛围很好，就是实在太简单了，更适合拍成一集剧的体量，或者短片。

高开低走，前半部分真的挺吸引人的，后面被脑瘫剧情毁了，可惜了。
相当一般，浪费了阴沉沉的偏远小镇和很有实力的怪物。
