The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 导演童心犹存，但本片绝非灵感之作。立意流于平凡，美术实在简陋。想象也始终缺乏，成片终于勉强。是电视剧的话还可以原谅，电影质感从缺。仿佛是导演自己才华的宫殿ceiling上的一个“巨型漏洞。

开始觉得Jean和Ewin很不appropriate，但看到Jean及时止损很佩服她。

法式传统，荒诞轻喜剧，但与绝大多数同类影片一样，无聊又尴尬。
怎么那么像短剧集合……但有机器人死掉的地方我还是哭了一下。人类不值得（。）真的，里面关于机器人奴役人类（做本来人类对动物做的事情）就很ok，反讽max的地方是广告。
把一个知道结局的故事拍的有悬念原来不难，难的是怎么去找战争片里的文戏的美。
一群人在封闭场景的dynamic能拍好的都很有意思，人挺做作的，人工智能反倒真实

导演真是有才啊！冷嘲热讽幽默荒诞。法国人的文艺作品真是…连讲法语的机器人都那么哲。真是好看真是好看呀！带着观众在轻松氛围下探讨一些敏感一些深刻的话题，这是这部科幻喜剧的意义(◐‿◑)
