The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 对岸就是华语恐怖片的希望了，虽然“网红鬼屋探险”的套路已经用烂了，但整体依然比《中邪》强太多。顶级恐怖片就应该充满恶意和负能量，《咒怨》《午夜凶铃》皆如此。很多恐怖片都有亲情线，有的太尬太煽情（这种烂片太多了），有的太温暖又会冲淡恐怖氛围（比如《招魂》），而《咒》对亲情线的处理是最特别的，打破第四堵墙的方式也最有创意。其实很多优质恐怖片都可以拍得更吓人，导演不是没有能力，而是需要向商业和分级妥协。这类导演考100分，是因为卷面只有100分。
还好没再加恐怖音效
不用去推敲合理性，只要跟著故事，享受就好。迷信跟愛情、政治一樣，都是一種抽象但又非常具有吸引力的信仰。
看一半因为觉得既无聊又不恐怖而去翻豆瓣，评论说最后晦气，那就还是不看完了啦
但最有质感也是最“丧气”的
也是本片的主题。

一部恐怖片，让这么多人因为觉得“晦气”而打差评，这还不能说明这部恐怖电影的成功吗？
常年不会被鬼片打倒的我看完出了一身冷汗且持续后怕中
很不错诶，高密度jump scare和一些身体恐怖，想不被吓到也会被吓到，这种东亚人最懂也最怕的诅咒和民俗恐怖，看来最带劲了。恐怖片作死方式就这几种，但死的方式可以任选哦。最后：反弹反弹反弹。
中式恐怖，民风民俗，本土建筑，视觉暂留，伪纪录片，恐怖片发烧友就打满分，爱护国产恐怖片人人有责。
最终才做到了晦气满屏的效果。
各方面的表现都十分普通，多线处理的还可以。
至于内容，由于在影咖吓得半死没认真关注内容就不评价了。就是想问佛母为什么是反派咧。(以为佛都是好人哎。

虽然体现的是一个“不转死全家”的古早概念，但作为恐怖片，非常合格了——发给我各种生理不适和恐惧感！朵朵，躲躲啊～～～然而防不胜防，躲不过亲妈……
像极了早年间网络上疯传的恶意诅咒邮件，制作组真是充满了恶意。给我点赞，诅咒自动反弹给制作组！
