The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 挺反潮流的。好像这个社会已经“进化”得这般狂躁，不太有时间去聆听或静止，尤其当我听到孩子们说出永远不会对父母说出的话时，并且很多我认为很有意义甚至对他们的视觉刮目相看。与儿童相处总是考验，就好像叔叔以为能如短暂“会见”时那般愉快惬意是十分愚蠢的“偏见”，但另一面也能收获忙碌的“习惯”以外的价值，甚至改变一个人。是啊，成年人的悲催也是需要被“拯救”的。
比较失望，非常平庸的片子。将近两个小时下来，角色发展和塑造没有达到预期，台词平平无奇甚至有些刻意。华金演谁都像小丑。这可以说是一部方方面面都十分平庸的电影，找不出来过多的毛病，但也没什么亮点。
What a bittersweet, healing, and intimate movie. Joaquin, Hoffman, and Norman are spectacular. The children's words are innocent yet profound. One of my favourite of the year. 9/10

Your typical nice looking, "heart warming" A24 flick...unrealistically precocious kid paired with confused middle-aged man and through turbulence and conflicts they gradually learn from each other and cherish the experience forever --- I have seen this one many times before. The "it's okay to yell, and then yelling out loud" scene in particular is soooo much of a cliche. Cinematography is alright but not really impressive, watching this back to back with Red Rocket the difference is so obvious (ok B&W is at disadvantage but still).The interview bits aren't integrated organically into the story, and it feels like the feel-good, "heartfelt" material got mixed in just for audience appeal.

没什么矫情和雷点，警校line默契配合回忆杀加上小柯个人秀，毛利一家除去开场酱油，三小只加小哀也很可爱
想要表达对孩子们精神世界的关注，可他们的面貌恰恰仍是由成人想象出来的。

很微妙也很感人；卡司演的都很🉑️；这算是凤凰的预育儿电影？

之前剧场版该有的元素都有，
1. 这是一个并不苛求深刻、但希冀找寻本真的片子，小演员决定了成功的一大半；2. 这是最近几年看过的极少数做成黑白也完全不违和的片子之一；3. 702、portabrace、做完访谈后旅馆房间里铺满地的设备和零件…做片子的一切都太真实了，不能说可以代入自己，只能说主动投射自己
