The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 仅仅拍摄完整的舞台演出，难道不是样板戏？除了时代所限，当年的蓝苹同志在这方面也做得不错了。只感觉是话剧，谁说歌舞片？跟比迪斯尼电影比起来，不过一锅清汤。歌舞起着渲染作用，并没有推动情节。故事只是讲911事件时迫降纽芬兰的多个航班，难道也是带着任务拍的？舞台上的演员有感染力，场景转换既快捷又流畅。然而，低调而艺术的表彰大会仍是表彰大会，看久一点就真没意思。[ZXZJ]
不同风格的一部音乐剧，官方影像音效好像做的有点问题

12人抛开政治不谈，那种音乐带来的直接感受的激情！还是能让我们感受到作为普通人的感动！音乐剧给人很直接的感受！
完成度很高，紧凑，热闹，张弛有度，音乐好听，人物立体表演到位，调度清晰明了，动人而有大能量…我国的主旋律可以参考这样的叙事。记住了这些人，和Gander这个地方。
真人真事改编的歌剧，主题很棒，但是单就故事性来讲有些平淡了，令人并不内心激动，歌曲也就还好，分三次看完了，看得有点困
三体爱好者纷纷打出一星。毕竟他们太有人性，缺乏兽性。
非常好看的精彩的舞台调度，演员们一人分尸多节，在角色中间的转换也特别棒，就是一切都很棒。
好爱这个世界啊！爱人们的善意，慷慨，微笑，爱小酒馆里手拉手载歌载舞的喧闹，小岛上的温情小调让人对纽芬兰小镇满怀憧憬，灾难面前用光照出一片大美。
人性的光辉时刻。特别在今年奥斯卡这么烂的情况下，期待一下托尼。不过911和双伊、伊拉克战争其实是有因果的。
精彩绝伦的作品。把膝盖献给这群真正的演员。
