The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 作为一部公路片，途中的经历全都点到为止，并没有留下深刻的记忆。但钱老板+狗狗已经值回票价。老板很帅，lulu好萌。又帅又萌，还有何求？
喜欢，比那些特意渲染人狗情啊，把狗狗拟人化（尤其国产的一批）的电影要好多了。
在HBO开发关于躁郁症的限定剧（尽管Jean-Marc Vallée的离开为这个项目增添了未知数），很早之前和A24合作的那部《侦探双雄》，能感受到（大概）跨入新的年龄阶段的Channing也想要试着探索更多可能和进行其它类型的尝试，而绝非仅是履行一种（基于身体、过往选角）既定重复的演出任务。选择这样一个故事上手足够安全稳妥- -毕竟狗、公路片、PTSD，这些元素在讨喜和打动人之上好像很难有什么差错。即使故事缺乏惊喜，也有一种极为平庸的发展，但会很感激一旦坐定就可从中享受到的陪伴- -是温暖的，也是可爱的。
实话说男主太不适合角色，没看出对狗的一点爱，也没表现出浪荡货的贱样，猛男形象这片子里不需要。
男主与露露的第一次的转变应该就是从那里开始的。
给狗乱喂零食这点不太好吧，还有把狗单独放车里…
没有人会比钱老板的美国白男形象更典型了的吧？演了很多遍的退伍人狗的故事
但是反差也还是存在的，比如在山林的那屋子里的老夫妻，看得出他们很相爱，也很善良。
耳朵敏感的狗狗最后也愿意让他摸
有被感动到。一辆车，一条狗，在路上，这种感觉真好
独幕剧，即使隐掉了前因，对话和氛围还是撑起了所有情绪。
一人一狗的公路片，最后也很俗套的回到了相互救赎相互陪伴的结局。好久没看钱老板演的电影了，上一部好像还是《王的男人2》。里面那只狗子和我的猫名字发音一样，还好最后没送去基地处理，要不我都会心疼。有宠物的一定要善待自己的宠物，他们也有喜怒哀乐，更重要的是他们生命里只有你的陪伴。
很难想象查宁塔图姆当下拍的狗狗的电影在豆瓣只有两千人看了..
一人一狗的公路片，你看那条狗，像不像个人。这是我看过相互情感戏最少的宠物片。
难说是喜剧吧，更像公路片，还可以，狗子演挺好。
