The IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" film was made as a public service with sponsorship by the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. On DVD, borrowed from my local public library, it plays at just over 30 minutes with Morgan Freeman supplying a pleasing narrative. As one would expect from an IMAX film, the image quality is superb and the Dolby 5.1 sound track is very well done. Simulated cosmic explosions shake your walls! That is, if you have a good powered subwoofer in your system. The film takes a very useful approach to examining the size of the universe, from tiny sub-atomic particles to the vastness of the whole universe. (Fortunately, when God created the Universe he had dispatched a few angels with video cameras at different vantage points so we get to see actual footage from several billion years ago.) The film starts in Venice, where the discovery of the telescope originated, and uses a one-meter hoop as a reference point, then gradually goes larger by powers of 10, e.g. 10 meters, 100, 1000, etc until we can see the whole universe. Then it takes the opposite journey, going smaller by powers of 10 until be see inside sub-atomic particles. The story is well-woven with beautiful effects created especially for this film. It is entertaining and educational at the same time. All of "oldsters" can enjoy it for the scientific history we are already familiar with, and all the "youngsters" can enjoy it for the educational supplement it provides. Overall a masterful film. Any numerical "rating" of "Cosmic Voyage" is meaningless. If one is looking for a superb film about our universe and modern theories of its formation, this one is hard to beat. 四星半。最喜欢的《哈姆雷特》改编。完全剔除了莎翁戏剧的多愁善感。神话和写实水乳交融。
热血，复仇，浴血的战斗，穿过波涛汹涌的大海，做过卑微的奴隶，伪装与隐藏。耐心与结实的肉体，火山上的决斗，伤痕累累，爆发出最后生命的力量，斩下敌人的头颅……
維京文明中的獸性是建立在鮮血之上的，影片全程充斥著一種陰暗和野蠻的氣息讓觀影過程變得很壓抑，關於宗教和巫術的部分也完全戳不到我的爽點上，好無聊。。。ps安雅還是一如既往的漂亮。
战士之间的武打场面非常生猛原始，失去家园和亲人的男主在搏斗中发出阵阵嘶吼。剧情欠佳，但如果喜欢北欧神话，或者导演之前的众多作品，一定不要错过这一部，氛围max。
冰岛风光+王子复仇记+北欧神叨设定=三星，Nicole脑残粉和音乐加一星…氛围制造挺好，raw得精致…只是uncle的小王国过于寒碜…主角如此无敌竟然要挂…

对为什么没弄好的原因很好奇。最核心的关键是，人物塑造极差，和前两部0可比性。在这个基础上影像的下滑都不值一提。
又是王子复仇记，故事好套路，还加了不少装神弄鬼的成分，也就胜在场面宏大了。

从我自己看过的三部柯南伯格来说，我觉得他说的都是工业环境对于人的欲望或者更准确的来说、对性欲的异变。我也是直到这一部才看出点他的意图。这一部里面我非常喜欢他刻画的虚无感。每个人物对于物质狂热爱恋，却对道德处于一个无所谓的状态；但物质又反过来紧固了他们的感受器官，需要更加强大的刺激和插入才能刺激到他们；结果在高潮过后，感受器官又再一次堕入到僵硬。以此陷入到循环，便是无尽的虚无。
老旧的故事看角度和拍法，如果从头到尾都是vintage的话，那确实只是一份平庸的复制品。
影像是真的美轮美奂，王子复仇记拍的一点都不燃…大爱北欧风，可惜剧情实在平淡
作为莎剧原本故事，对比强烈，主角/北方人荒原历练，野蛮如畜生，雄性力量十足，艾格斯电影主题类似，围绕特殊环境下人/主角的惊人转变，身体肌肉及眼神变化明显，在巫师们的蛊惑下，从高贵王子堕落为复仇畜生，展开蛮荒地夺权，为亡父皇权的扭曲报复，报复变态心理改变命运与一切，所有人无一幸免被权欲吞噬和扭曲。兽性权力悲剧结果，堕入黑暗无尽深

柯南伯格回归body horror。surgery is the new sex，而身体的扭曲和进化是美学的终极边界。
说是哈姆雷特的原型，放在中世纪欧洲的奴隶制环境里，如此野蛮不堪。妮可戏不多，有点奇葩，安雅的声音这么年轻，跟后翼弃兵完全不同。
