The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 放在奶飞电影中算是不错的了，但抛开情怀，剧情还是太单薄。
明明想互相伤害的两个人因为共同的利益与坏人斗智斗勇，最后人生逆袭又和好如初，实在是太讽刺了。前半部分有点慢血浆都集中在后半部分。气氛有点搞笑，但并不是很爽。

没看过原作，单就本片来说观感不错，打戏流畅，作画也漂亮，角色的命运也不拖泥带水，和日式风格截然不同。
血腥、暴力、紧张、毛骨悚然、叹为观止。原以为只是简单的杀妻二人组剧情，没想到语言艺术、动作设计、娱乐气质、动感音乐均有高超水准，不得不佩服导演扎实的功底。另外，导演独特的僵尸电影风格得以延续。
