好平淡如水的香港律政片。。。唯一要说的是，如果凶手杀的不是富商的女儿，这个案子是不是就真的成了冤案了，有钱就真的可以为所欲为呗？

结构不够紧张也不够悬疑。莫名其妙就死一个律师重伤一个律师。律师的正义感确实让人尊重，但又感觉太刻意。总之没有惊喜，一切预料之中。
男二律师演的太水了吧，是带资进组吗？故事 演技 节奏不行，电影都不如电视剧，不如TVB 不如傲骨贤妻里的一集内容。
