A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.

前半个小时……比叨逼叨了一堆废话，漏了两次胸部……然后就继续这个循环……也许有人叫这个为细腻，但这是个人很不喜欢的那种……
关于回忆的电影总是非常之美，所有的画面都在呈现一种流动的特质，当往事一桩桩一件件透过影像再次在面前展开，即便是那些被美化了的细节也会变得真实起来，但遗憾的是人们已经不再有耐心在离乡的火车上看看窗外了，所以当我看到老马的上帝之手在片中扮演关键节点，后来拿坡里登顶的喜悦也只能被关闭，徒留一种惘然若失的悲伤。
“上帝之手”这一符号坐落在影片中，恰到好处。它是真实的，是那个年代的标志性事件，也是男孩年轻岁月的记忆；此外，“上帝之手”也意味着命运的拨弄，你根本不知道，它会把你推向何处，就像片中的男孩，不知怎么就爱上了电影，以及他的父母就那么毫无征兆地死去。
关于爱，关于死亡，关于电影，关于竞技体育，我找不到任何理由不喜欢这部电影。中段的弦乐片段真的好动人。我对深色卷发的男孩有着天然的喜爱，再加上他微微闭上眼睛的那些瞬间很像我爱的人。有梦想就要动手去做，有故事就要去讲，世界需要分享欲。

讲述私人往事的教科书电影——“你有没有故事要诉说？”“你有没有勇气去讲述？”
心存希望，就能拍出治愈的电影。索伦蒂诺的镜头太迷人了。
导演的半自传故事，可能每个导演都有审视自己的欲望，会特别的真挚，很精彩的家庭戏，标准的家族群像，男孩的青春懵懂和意淫，以及戏剧性的变故。当然还赞颂了成长于斯的城市，意大利那不勒斯，又因球王而平添传奇。南意的绚烂多情，挣扎的成长经历，这大概就是索伦蒂诺的乡愁。
还是那个让我无趣的索罗塔诺，比起许多导演的自传性质电影影片显然缺少一定的戏剧张力以及内核。索罗塔诺的影像还是非常漂亮，但故事真的索然无味。但对于过于私人的电影根本没法打不及格的分数，一部电影最本质的起源就是创作者自身的经历，我们也见证了太多伟大的创作者会把一部极其私人的影片送给自己，在这个意义上，我愿意让这样私人的影像能够更多的出现，因为它代表着我心中最本真的电影追求。
喜欢绝美之城的人只会喜欢开篇的一小部分吧，半自传的东西显得这么拖沓，就像小孩子的日记多半是流水账。不要去罗马，你的城市没有故事吗？绝美之城以外的那不勒斯老破小
熊的情节真的大笑。然而哭的部分真的没法和男主共情，离突然的哭有些距离。对于姑妈和男主关系的刻画真的有种朴素的神性。
哪里才是我彼岸
实在好喜欢。青春期的躁动像海浪一样在夜晚舒缓地涌动，隐喻不清的镜头好像镌刻了很多共同的情绪。非常清澈，非常真诚，也非常聪明，很多戏都很吸引人，迷死我了
（看完的半小时内一直回味，真的很喜欢，后劲好大…
当法比托和走私犯一起开着船驶离港口，他们身后的那不勒斯亮起万家灯火，那一刻我才感受到法比托那迟来的悲伤，从此法比托再也不属于那不勒斯。
倒没觉得Sorrentino想当费里尼，致敬有趣。各类生活怀旧元素的组合很生动，和反面教材Belfast比起来就感觉非常诚挚。
像去了趟意大利……这部真的像看了部小说一样丰富
既像梦境又像回忆，把发梦和记忆的机制也拍出来了！一场来不及反应就发生太多事的成人礼。只是我以为他是因为那个喜欢的导演太吵了对他失望而去的罗马……
同样往《阿玛柯德》看齐，《诗无尽头》比这个好。
