The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 关于救赎和自我救赎的电影，好看，娱乐性很强，看得很开心。
影片纯纯按照欧美青春片的套路，但是让人看起来很舒服，相比于其他影片倒显得高级多了，也不能完全算是歌舞喜剧片。引用了许多80年代，90年代的重金属音乐，两个毫不相干的组合却擦出了最绚烂的火花，有点类似于国内的《闪光少女》，但这部影片平淡无奇，没怎么有吸睛的地方，无非就是老生常谈，无聊的时候看一下解解闷还是可以的。

确实不错，没想到一支重金属乐队加入大提琴会有这么奇妙的化学反应。女主演技有点棒啊，男主有点像小时候荷兰弟。
没想到大提琴也可以玩重金属！大提琴手用电子大提琴出场的时候帅炸了！片中的大提琴曲目是巴赫大提琴无伴奏组曲的 suite 1, 还是很经典的。为了“过审”，乐队名字从 skullfucker 换成 skullflower 也是很有创意了。
