The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事编得有点随意了，有几个地方甚至觉得离谱了。
怎么说呢，演技好是可以把鸡汤冲淡的，并且看完有种“我一个废物也可以学好数学”的冲动。
“确实有，但这个过程是正确的！”
那个胳膊上被烫出的疤痕，埋葬了他的过往，也宣告了他的未来，他再也回不去了。人从来都是逐利的动物，遵从着严苛的食物链生存法则，现实就是如此无奈。
意义好像很大，但是电影很难看。。。
崔岷植怎么会接演这种剧本呢？
自怜是一直可怕的疾病
从受害者爬升到施害者的行列，现实感十足。经济衰退的背景下，很多陈旧落后的元素卷土重来。主角聪明细心有主意，但也依靠危机四伏中的偶发好运。没有执着于某种固定的“剧情线”，加重了现实环境的危机和不确定感。
画面很舒适，奇怪的有故事的数学家也很吸引人看下去，总被要求转学的男孩也很有共鸣，最后很感动！
劲道还是蛮大的，拍得写实凌厉，演员选得也很生活化。底层的劳动阶级，也是人吃人的社会，要么努力向上爬命令别人，要么自暴自弃任人欺负宰割，最后变成了另一个自己。
老戏骨风范依旧。
