剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     【Sundance22】总体上不算是惊悚恐怖片，更像是借用民间传说(folklore)来讲述被压迫的女性与少女成长的故事。少女在婴儿时被女巫old maid maria抓伤而变成女巫，成年后发现自己能变成其他任何生物，从而开始体验成年女人、男人、女孩等等。导演应该是马利克的铁粉，处处能看到生命之树的影子，全片就像是一首配乐诗朗诵，诗句伴随着剧情展开，手持摄影、大特写、弦乐配乐、美丽无垠的风景更是配合着美妙的诗词，创造了一种独特的意境。一个男导演能拍出这种细致描绘女性心理的片子还是很厉害的。PS，Noomi Rapace只出现了不到10分钟，算是配角吧。
