A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
【4星半】苹果出品属实高逼格，第一次感受到软科幻还能具有如此化骨绵柔的魄力，原主和克隆者已不再是“真”与“假”，或者“真相”与“欺骗”这样简单的属性，而是代表着“爱”与“替代去爱，永恒地爱所爱之人”，一次非常温柔安静的意识沉浸，感谢阿里、格伦和奥卡菲娜，以及这个异常魅力的故事。
一个精彩的故事。充分印证了“历史是个任人打扮的小姑娘”的说法，三位当事人、三种视角，每个人都在有意无意间抬高自己、贬损他人，让掩映其中的真相更加扑朔迷离。玛格丽特在这场决斗中所扮演的角色更为复杂，她的遭遇也成为了当时甚至如今很多人的真实写照。遭遇不公时，首先得到的不是理解或支持，而是至亲之人的怀疑，想要让施暴之人得到审判，却不得不先让自己成为舆论中心，一次次把伤口展示给众人，并承担决斗失败可能带来的惩罚，压力一度让她认为沉默是最佳选择。当丈夫与曾经的挚友殊死搏斗最终获胜时，全场的欢呼着实显得吵闹，这些人究竟在为谁欢呼，为丈夫的英勇？为正义的伸张？还是为确认这位女性确实遭受强暴？从最后的结局看，似乎又有种天道好轮回的感觉，并不爱自己的丈夫终于战死沙场，而她独享荣华富贵30余载，也算幸福终老了。
亚当司机的帅就是那种，帅的程度感觉刚刚落在渣男或者海王那一档之下一点点，trick你他仿佛是好人里最帅的那一档，但转身就看到他一脸无辜的在用力草一匹母马….
我最爱的黑人男星Mahershala Ali。没有设置反转，没有抓马和惊悚，平铺直叙出了可能的未来。世界又残酷又温柔：爱人不会发现，我们可以安心地退场。
若是交给维伦纽瓦拍出来会是什么样子。

不就是欧美版《罗生门》吗。但是每个人的描述区别不大呀。大量的重复好无聊。
中世纪中女性的沉默在现今才真的被看见。“孩子需要母亲多于一个正确的人”，男人要为荣誉名誉而死，而女人想要活下去，但这并不是被贬斥的贪生怕死啊。

罗生门？还是金刚川，不明白一个故事演三遍有啥好处，反正时长是翻了三倍
和《芸芸众生》那个独角电视剧里面的设定相同，人物性格截然不同，但作为主角本身，即将被替代，都是一个自我救赎与回顾的过程，更喜欢这部长篇的设定和处理方式吧，细腻且让人舒服。
“死生契阔，与子成说。执子之手，与子偕老。”总在拷问着所谓的永恒，但，是记住曾经相爱的时刻，还是再次创造。在轻科幻的设置之下，蕴藏着更重要强烈的情感内核；并且从“双生”的设置开始之后，它大概与Apple TV+大多数的电影都保持着高度的一致，将事情代往更加温柔与平静的方向（也绝对少不了基本不停歇的“抒情”音乐来持续烘托），不再向更多黑暗或是有寓意的方向探索。Ali将角色处理得优秀，似乎已经证明了“不止是男配”；Awkwafina与Glenn也提供优异的加持；再佐以仔细构设、足够迷人的未来世界；在各方面的优异之下，这个温吞、可能连《黑镜》/《摩登情爱》也不予收录的故事还是愧对了这些条件。
非全知视角下的事实耐人寻味，但篇幅的分配是否又说明了事实？是张弛有度的故事，是刺激紧张的决斗，但在一个肮脏的基础上，这些粉饰都应当黯然褪色。生育工具？泄欲对象？挑逗暧昧？欲拒还迎？都不是，她是一个人，一个独立的个体，一个应当被尊重、应当被平等对待、应当掌控自己命运的女性。
所以说姜还是老的辣，剧情逐渐高潮，那场最后的决斗很精彩，Jodie的古典装扮美极了～还是祝愿老爷子长命百岁，把异形的坑填了，哈哈哈
却只是奉献了一场生死决斗的戏给围观群众
首先并不是罗生门，试着理解老雷的拍摄意图，在三段细节差异极小的叙述中找到关系的真实、全面微妙之处，但呈现出来的效果确实并不尽如人意，大量的重复很拖沓、仅靠对白和情景还原有很力弱。
似乎“不接种就不给绿码”的玄疑故事，此片以“尊严-名誉-虚荣”交织“knife-wife-life”，女的要“爱拼才会赢”，男的是“爱赢才会拼”，男的决斗赢了，最后只有往耶路撒冷拼去了……如此看来，还是《道士下山》里暗含的“接种”比较委曲（不是“委屈”）。
雷导对战争场面的调度以及中世纪的人物塑造已经在《天国王朝》中轻松驾驭了，这里是锦上添花，最后的决斗更是让我血脉喷张，这种英雄式的单挑是前作缺少的，也使得这部电影称得上史诗。
就说人家男人是武大郎，就算你风流倜傥，西门庆也没你那么猴急！
