A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.

一曲理想主义者的悲歌：糊口易，得道难，若要济世却几乎不可能，他们只能退隐山林，享受属于他们的孤独，所谓“小隐隐于野，大隐隐于市”则是可遇不可求的一种境界。
看的时候总觉得人物的声音是浮在人物上面的，总的来说，就是音画好像不够同步，也可能是自己太久没看，印度电影，所出现的不适应感吧
载体选的真好，相同文化圈的域外视角；下层人的失语与体制的朱子学，强调民族独立和视另一种外来文化为先进，可惜因为话题太多而难以深入。
为什么古有焚书坑儒，因为这是切断“贱民”向上流动或保障权益的唯一途径。我快进了很多，但真实经历的人没法快进，血淋淋的现实不容快进。
故事还行，拍得非常非常主旋律。
观影时，你的心态其实也是受影响的。有在B站看到那些“年轻人”日常玩印度“正是在下”的梗；大风歌地的惨剧却只希望快点过去，不应该为盛世之阴影。
很多人说这本该是中国人拍的电影，但却被韩国人拍了去；这话用遗憾的语气说还好，若是以轻蔑、不屑的语气说，那可真是悲哀，这恰好贴合电影中的“恶”，这语气神似白人殖民者对印第安人居高临下、颐指气使的态度，但却更甚，自己做不出来还以“天国王命，万国来朝”的迷药话术麻痹自己，可怜可恨
百感交集的人生写意。中国历史上同样的故事非常之多，从满腔抱负，到耕犁自省。韩国人知道什么是东方文化的好东西，一部一部的把它拍出来。借古喻今，汲取东方哲学智慧。我们一边嘲笑人家是野种，一边空灵的自豪我们有渊源的历史文化。
前半段流放后的生活描写非常轻松，后半段的求官之路又令人深思，理想与现实相悖，不经让人一阵唏嘘。
一度词穷，简单说就是太棒了，文学与人性相映成辉，深入浅出哲理与讽刺却依旧丰富。“……做一个黑色的无名之人，也应该是有意义的吧。”
四星五，开头稍微冗长，流放之后就很好看。文化思考的宏大命题，找了这样一个浅显易懂的角度，很好。结尾也干净，加分。
印度的执行团队能力非常好，但是在节奏以及表演上，过于表面外化，剧作也是为了纯粹的正义，缺少裂痕。可是呢，这是印度1995年的案件，中国2022年了，还他妈这个吊样！
明明是我们上下五千年的历史
低种族出身，就像剔骨难消的出厂设置，在印度成为低劣人种、品行败坏的刻板标签。此种语境下，遭受黑警惨绝人寰的暴行依然坚守自己清白的丈夫，成为穷途末路上捍卫自身正义的献祭者。始终拒绝和谈、不向当权者低头的妻子，仿若莅入人间炼狱、争取平权社会的湿婆真身。而以良知和专业毅然对抗国家机器的律师，外加不愿同流合污的督察组成的双雄搭档，最终成为印度腐朽司法体制的破局者，奉献了这场属于“贱民阶级”的公正胜利。文本依然很印度，法庭抗辩和调查取证过程紧凑而跌宕。就是前情铺垫和歌舞混剪显得拖沓冗余，如果去掉奇观化、风情化表达，剪到120分钟会更好看。
比看的见种姓制度更可怕的，就只有看不见的权利之手了，谁在上海通行无阻，谁让蔬菜烂在车里。底层印度人还有法院可以去诉警察的暴行，可在法院都是摆设的地方，不知人们该何去何从。
4.警察的那一套为了正义的暴力执法逻辑是真的恶心到了，都做到这位置了，警察局什么样你不知道？跑去听村民诉苦的戏码实属多余.
开始以为是圣人贞德，后来开始舌尖上的黑山➕编舟记，甚至变成了鸡血日韩职场剧既视感，这个士大夫精神内核看起来东方西方传统现代宗教民生啥都想说一点，说出来又像是喊口号。
我真的不是有意讨厌某种韩国类型片的剧作结构，而是在每次兴奋和期待中都会失落。人物的命运就像机械一样成为注定的作者表达，然而这是我极其无法共情的
…拍得太模式化脸谱化了，社会性+足量的煽情+戏剧化。
